Rotary ovens are special ovens designed for bread baking and pastry shops. Ovens of different sizes and characteristics are used for the production of products such as bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and cookies. Fans and circulation systems are used in these ovens to ensure uniform temperature and heating inside the oven.

Rotary ovens are used by small, medium and large enterprises to manufacture products on a large scale. In rotary ovens, steam is introduced into the firing area during the process, and the firing chamber can be exposed to high temperatures of up to 1000 ºC. For this reason, it is very important that the materials to be used in the oven are not affected by temperature and steam, and that they are resistant to corrosion. For this reason, the inner body, the outer body and the combustion chamber of the Sabrinox rotary ovens are made of stainless steel.

In terms of cost, it is important that the energy consumed in furnaces with high energy consumption due to work at high temperatures and steam generation is transferred to the product without loss. Sabrinox rotary kilns have significant advantages in terms of high energy efficiency.

Another important point about rotary kilns is that the heat distribution is homogeneous at every point of the kiln. If the heating process is inhomogeneous, one part of the products may be cooked in the oven while another part is not cooked sufficiently. This situation leads to product losses. The circulator used in Sabrinox rotary kilns ensures homogeneous heat distribution.

Sabrinox Rotary Oven Features

Our Rotary Oven has a high efficiency with its heat exchanger and circulating pumps that provide even heat distribution. The heat exchanger in the rotary oven not only enables the production of a product with the desired properties, but also ensures high heat transfer. Thanks to the highly efficient heating system, the cooking temperature is reached within a maximum of 15 minutes. The short heating time reduces both energy loss and process time.

The combustion chamber (hell) is made of stainless steel AISI 316 Ti 3 mm, it is resistant to very high temperatures and has a long service life.

The inner and outer body of our Rotary oven is made of corrosion and temperature resistant stainless steel. This makes it both durable and aesthetic in appearance. High quality insulation material is used to reduce energy loss and increase efficiency.

To ensure the desired quality and homogeneity of the cooking process, a waterfall steam system is used and high steam production is achieved. The well-designed hood and the extractor with high suction power prevent the steam from spreading in the premises.
